Mailing lists manager

A software forge should integrate a mailing-list manager (potentially coupled with a web forum management tool)

These lists should be available on per project basis. A project may ideally manage a variable number of mailing-lists.

Mailing-lists management tools :

• Sympa (integrated into PicoForge, also coupled with GForge in CRU's SourceSup forge ?)
• Mailman (integrated into GForge ?)
