Interoperability with GForge

GForge plugins for various external tools can offer interop with GForge.

GForge can be seen as a pivot for interoperability in the forges area since it is widespread.

Unifying GForge plugins with Codendi plugins should help maximize interoperability (proposal : GForgeCodendiPluginUnification ?)
