Forge Monitoring

Administrators of a forge may be interested in being able to monitor what's happening on the forge as a whole, both :

from a system perspective (resources exhaustion, response times, various alerts relating to the system availability for the users)
from a usage perspective :
- who's using it most
- which projects seem dead
- which users need help
- what is the visibility of the forge on the Net
- ...
